275 Gravity Skate Wheel Conveyor

• Heavy-duty, gravity conveyor that features double cross-braces and reinforced inner legs for added support.

• The all steel reinforced leg and frame design provides the strength necessary to handle heavy cartons.

• 4-point bolted leg connection adds structural support for heavy materials

• The 275 easily contracts when not in use.

• Box stop/handle is standard equipment: Heavy-duty 1-1/8" OD, 12-gauge steel tubing with 1/4" steel brackets, zinc plated. Box stop folds down when connecting the conveyor to equipment or other conveyors. The box stop is also a convenient push/pull handle.

• Couplers:  To link conveyors together, each unit is equipped with one set of 7-gauge steel couplers opposite the box stop end. Conveyors may also be added to the box stop end.

• Provides "no tools required" installation. The Permanent Quick Connect simplifies field assembly, enabling one person to easily and permanently connect conveyors.

• Connecting brackets are zinc-plated, 11-gauge steel.

• Assembly of the handknob sets and lock washers that make a secure and permanent connection can be completed without tools.

• Both sides of the conveyor operate independently across the connection, allowing one portion of the conveyor to be opened or closed before the adjoining portion. This feature makes the conveyor easier to maneuver.

• Additional links can be added to maintain curves in shipping and receiving applications.

• Capacity with 5-1/4" Axle Centers:  Fully extended - 275 pounds per linear foot.

• Skate Wheels Available in Nylon, Polymer or Steel

• Incremental height marks are provided on outer leg to facilitate uniform pitch adjustment. Four-point bolted leg connection to skate wheel axles and side links.
